We are a PRO-FAMILY group of Tennessean's advocating to optimize legislation in TN to ensure that men and women with infertility have the opportunity to access the medical fertility treatments that they need.
Infertility affects all people regardless of race, religion, or creed but should not be a barrier to growing families.
The mental, emotional, and physical challenges of infertility do not have to be further complicated with undue financial strain; coverage for infertility benefits and services helps to realize the possibility of families.
To ensure coverage for fertility treatment and fertility preservation in Tennessee is offered.
Infertility is a disease. It isn't a choice. It doesn't discriminate based on gender, race, or social status. Our purpose is to take a stand, create awareness, and advocate for fertility health legislation to become law so that men and women can access the medical treatments they need.
Tennessee currently has no fertility care or fertility preservation coverage. Individual employers who are concerned with employee retention and family building can choose to offer coverage.
“At TruGreen, we strive to build benefits programming that supports the diverse needs of all of the individuals who enroll in our plan offerings. Infertility coverage is just one way we hope to support our associates as they balance their goals and dreams in both their personal and professional lives.” - TruGreen Director of Compensation and Benefits, Kate Pierre
“MCR Safety values its people and thinks of them as our number one asset. When the issue of fertility was brought to us several years ago, we thought it was only natural to look at how we could modify our health coverage to help in some way. I am very proud that we could assist in small way to the dream of having family. To me my family is my world!” - MCR Safety Chief Operating Officer, Glen Herald
